Chuck Chiapellone and his daughter, Kathie Ford, manage the day-to-day operation. Chuck Chiapellone spent 15 years operating his company from Marin Catholic High School where he catered many large special events. He soon outgrew that location, relocating to a 4500 sq. ft. building. Chuck has attended classes all over the world, building up a large culinary library.
